NEED HELP!

You might have seen blog posts about star bucks on here. Well the only reason those are being posted is because someone hacked my account on here. I keep trying to delete the posts but more just show up. If you have any suggestions please tell me. I have already e-mailed Tumblr about it.

UPDATE! It seems resetting my password worked. Also I revoked access to all my third party apps.
